August complex Mendocino National Forest, Western Glenn County: 65,000 Acres, no containment figures Evacuation Order for Chrome, Burrows Gap, and Red Mountain area of western Glenn County. The area of County Road 306 from County Road 314 north to Burrows Gap and west to the Mendocino National Forest. Immediately evacuate the area. Evacuation Order for the area of Elk Creek from County Road 309 north to road M 9 and west of County Col to the Mendocino County line. Immediate Evacuation Order for the area of the Mendocino National Forest in Glenn County along forest Highway 7 due to the fire. The area is from County Road 309, north to road M 9 from the forest boundary, west to Plaskett Meadows. A Temporary Evacuation Point is open at Willows Memorial Hall, 525 W. Sycamore St., Willows CA 95988. This evacuation site is jointly staffed by Glenn County Health & Human Services Agency and the American Red Cross. An Animal Shelter is open at the Glenn County Fairgrounds, 221 E Yolo St. Orland, Ca 95963. The animal shelter is currently staffed by Glenn County Sheriff’s Office Animal Control staff and local volunteers.   LNU Lightning Complex Sonoma, Napa, Lake, Solano Counties 131,000 acres 0% containment. One death, 4 injuries. 105 structures destroyed, 70 structures damaged. 30,500 structures threatened. Multiple evacuations across four counties. Potters Fire NE of Oroville: 930 acres, 20% contained. All evacuation orders lifted. Creek Fire Covalo and Hwy 162 Glenn Co. 820 acres, 70% contained Butte Lightning Fire, Butte County NW of Oroville: 1900 acres, 20% contained. Ivory Fire, Glenn County Hwy 162 at CR309 4,000 acres 0% containment
